Normas Fast License Inc’s text message privacy policy outlines that with each vehicle title transaction a mobile phone number is collected only after the customer signs an opt-in form giving Normas Fast License Inc the authority to text information concerning problems/questions relative to their transaction. The opt--in form is only good for the one transaction. The mobile phone number is not shared with third parties or used for any marketing campaigns. Users can opt out of the process by not signing the form for that
transaction.
